Management and True Leadership capacities is nothing what you can realy learn in a few weeks' technical seminar. It is rather to learn more about yourself, which is a process of individual development. No doubt: It is possible to start the journey of individual development all by yourself like the shepard Santiago in Paulo Cuelho's famous parable The Alchemist. However, it is much better to have a true friend who guides you.

Ralph Waldo Emerson quoted: "A true friend is somebody who can make us do what we can."
Etosha Consult International is the True Friend in the individual guiding and coaching process. It is not our intention to change iron to gold in the literal sense of the meaning. Alchemy is rather understood as the different levels of change that human beings are able to reach. And: We only take our clients as far as they are able to go through the 9 (= 8+1) levels of self-development.

Our guiding and coaching is highly indiviual and depends on the client's
demands. Neverthless, we use various tools and methodologies in order
to make one step after the other:

Experience-oriented excercises
Guided visualisations
Face-to-face dialog with the coach
Target-orientated questions
Identification of backgrounds and links.
